STORE POLICY

Our goal is to provide the highest quality items to support our fellow gamers. To do that we need to lay out some ground rules...

Below are a few of the key policies we have at our shop. As we continue to grow and run into new ways to improve our customer experience we will be sure to implement new and improved policy. 

SHIPPINGS & RETURNS

All of our products are handmade to order, so this may result in longer processing times, but be assured we will get your product shipped as soon as we can! For larger orders, or orders requiring customized logo-work, expect a processing time of 5 days.

 

We use the United States Postal Service as our primary shipping service provider, and currently are only able to provide shipping to the United States and territories. We are currently working on expanding our capabilities to reliably, quickly, and safely ship items to our customers overseas.

Return & Exchange Policy

We will provide a refund for undamaged items with a receipt within 30 days of the shipping date; however, exclusions to this do apply. These exclusions include any items that received customization work (Logos, Names, etc) or special order items that were acquired directly to support a custom request. In any case, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and can be returned to the address below. 

If you there are issues with your order or an item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hog3d.help@gmail.com. If it is possible, we will do our best to offer a replacement or resolve the issue in a timely manner.
